Business Purpose Mortgage Loans on Rental Properties

In May of 2020 Crescent Sky purchased a bulk package of single-family rental loans secured by the properties and guaranteed by the borrowers. The loans were acquired at a substantial discount to par during the height of the COVID lockdowns with the seller providing additional holdback protection. The loans are on properties located in Washington, Oregon, Florida, Tennessee and Arizona.
